I know you’re already aware of the work of Casa de Luz. Living and working on the ground in Primo Tapia I can say with certainty your generosity to CDL is changing lives. I see it!

I want to invite you to be a part of something unique.

This past season especially I have realized the power of telling CDL’s story in a digital way. Covid-19 made many things impossible (think in-person fundraisers and hosting groups) so we had to figure out how to communicate well, making sure the needs of Primo Tapia were still in front of people.

Like many things that changed, I know the increased use of video in storytelling is here to stay for Casa de Luz so we are looking to expand our media/communications and this is where you come in.

With your help, we would love to purchase the equipment required to continue storytelling in a way that is effective for the growth of Casa de Luz, because where growth comes more vulnerable families can be helped. Your generosity would also create employment opportunities for someone local to Primo Tapia who I would train to work alongside me, teaching them a skill and building increased opportunity for their life.

Today, I am asking for your help to raise $15,000. These funds will be used to purchase equipment, hard drives, cameras and all things necessary to continue to spread the word about Casa de Luz and report on the impact being made in this town. 

Would you consider donating so we can increase our reach in the developed world, thus increasing our capacity to serve in Primo Tapia.
