Lizandro and his sister Lluvia are the children of single mother Rosario. They have been a part of the CDL family since the fall of 2019. Lizandro loves to play soccer and can often be found playing on the park and on the slide at CDL. He will be going to preschool in the Fall of 2022 and is very excited about it! It has been a joy to see how Lizandro and Lluvia have thrived amidst the stability and love that CDL has provided for them.
Lizandro’s mother, Rosario, came to CDL asking for help after separating from her husband. She moved from where she had been living and had no one in Primo Tapia to support her with her children while she worked. Rosario works at the Primo Tapia town office and works very hard to provide a stable home life for her children.
We are so thankful to have Lizandro, Lluvia and Rosario as part of the CDL family. Please pray for Lizandro and Lluvia, that God would heal their hearts, and for Rosario, that God would give her the strength and peace that she seeks and that He would heal her as well.
