My Story

Randy, and his brothers Santiago and Kevin, are the children of single mother, Virginia. They have been a part of the CDL family since the fall of 2019. Randy is a very friendly, social and outgoing young man who loves playing soccer and drawing. He has made lots of friends in CDL’s Youth Mentorship Program. 

Randy’s Mother Virginia came to CDL asking for help with her sons after she separated from her husband. Virginia’s Mother, who had been caring for the boys while Virginia worked, also got a full-time job and was no longer able to stay with them. Virginia works at a local hotel. She is an extremely hard worker and dreams of having a home for her children one day.   

We are so thankful to have Randy, Santiago, Kevin and Virginia as part of the CDL family. Please pray for Virginia, that God would heal her heart from all that she’s been through and give her the strength and wisdom that she needs each day in raising her sons.
