My Story

Dayana, her sister Daniela, her brother Diego, and their single mom Lucero have been a part of the Casa de Luz family since the winter of 2020. Lucero came to CDL asking for her help after she separated from her husband, as she works long hours at a tortilla restaurant in a neighboring town and had no one to care for her children while she worked. Dayana loves spending her days at CDL, she has made lots of friends and loves playing with toys, playing on the park, and art time. Dayana and her siblings have thrived amidst the loving and stable environment of Casa de Luz. We are so thankful to have Dayana and her family with us at CDL and are thankful for all that God doing in her life and family.
