My Story

Adrian is one of two children of single Mother Susana. Adrian's Mom came to Casa de Luz asking for help in the winter of 2020, after she separated from her husband and had no one to care for her children while she worked at a local hotel. Adrian loves spending his days at CDL and can often be found playing board games or drawing with the other boys. Adrian has continued learning to read and really loves stories from the bible. Since coming to CDL, Susana and her sons have finally found the stability that they so desperately needed in their lives. We are so grateful that Susana and her sons are part of the CDL family. Please pray for them that God would heal their hearts from all they've been through, and that Adrian would thrive amidst the loving, supportive environment at CDL.
