My Story

Eliezer is one of 4 children of single Mother, Mayra. His older sister Mariana graduated from our youth program, Deyse attends CDL's Youth Mentorship Program and his brother Cristian attends CDL’s Children’s Center with him. Eliezer is a very creative, energetic and friendly boy. He loves to paint with watercolors. Eliezer also loves to play with remote-controlled cars and his favorite color is red. Eliezer and his family arrived at CDL in the winter of 2021. Eliezer's mother Mayra has been through a lot of turmoil in her life, faced significant financial need, and moved to Primo Tapia from another Mexican state hoping for a fresh start. Over the past couple of years we have seen God heal this family in an incredible way. Eliezar’s Mom and sisters are now working hard to begin construction on a purchase a piece of property that they put a downpayment on so that one day they can have a home of their own.
