My Story

Cielo and her younger sister Zuzeth are the daughters of single mother, Elizabeth. Cielo has been a part of the CDL family since the Spring of 2018, when Elizabeth came to CDL asking for help. After separating from her husband, Elizabeth was struggling to make ends meet until a woman from the local church recommended her for a job cleaning local condominiums. Last year, Elizabeth took a step of faith and went back to school to study massage. This winter she launched her own massage business, in addition to her work cleaning condos! Her children are now cared for at CDL while she has a stable, full-time job. Please continue to pray for Elizabeth, Cielo and Zuzeth, that God would bless them, provide for them, and they would feel a sense of community and support as part of the CDL family.
