My Story

Mia is the oldest daughter of single mother, Nati. Her younger sister, Arantza, attends CDL’s Children’s center. Her mother came to Casa de Luz asking for help because her work schedule made it difficult for her daughters to attend school and she often had to take them to work with her in the evening. They were not receiving the care that they needed, though their mother was working hard to provide in the best way she could. Mia is a serious but friendly girl who has made many friends though she has only been at CDL for a short time. We look forward to seeing all that God will do in and through Mia and her family.
