Owen and his brother Gael are the children of single mother, Lupita. They arrived at Casa de Luz in the summer of 2025. Owen’s mother had recently become a single mother after his father had to be admitted to a rehabilitation center for drug addiction. This is when she came to CDL asking for help. 

Owen is a smart and friendly little boy. We are so thankful to have him with us at CDL, and we pray God’s protection over them as they settle into a new way of life.
