Carlos and his grandmother Maria have been a part of the Casa de Luz family since Fall of 2025. Carlos’ parents were both incapable of caring for him due to their own instability and so the government agency for children and families intervened, granting custody of Carlos to his grandmother, who is also a single mother. We are so thankful that Carlos’ grandmother reached out to us asking for help. Carlos is a very quiet and shy little boy, and we pray in time he will grow and settle into the routine of his days at Casa de Luz. We look forward to seeing all that God will do in little Carlos’ life and in the life of his grandmother!
