My Story

Julio and his older brother Yoandri are the children of single mother Rubi. Rubi came to CDL because she began working at one of CDL’s businesses to provide for her children and learned of the care that was possible for them at the Children’s Center. We are so glad to have her working with us and as part of our program. Rubi has been growing in her job and has become a part of our women’s bible study. Julio is a fun and silly little boy who loves to make people smile. He can often be found dressed up as an astronaut or Tigger, and he loves playing outside with the little friends he’s made in his class. We are so thankful to have Julio with us!
