My Story

Sussan and her four siblings (Cesar, Yessenia, Luna and Mia) are the children of single mother, Yessenia. They have been a part of Casa de Luz since the winter of 2025. Sussan’s mom came asking for help because she was struggling to provide for her 5 children on her own after her husband died suddenly. Sussan had to stop studying to be able to care for her siblings while her mother worked and she is looking forward to being in school again. We are so thankful to have her with us at Casa de Luz, and we look forward to seeing all that God will do in and through her!
