My Story

Jonas is the middle son of single mother Iveth, who came to CDL asking for help with her sons in the spring of 2022. She had recently been employed at a local restaurant and had no one to care for her sons while she worked. Jonas’ younger brother Dariel also attends CDL with him. Since becoming a part of the CDL family, we have seen Iveth and her son Jonas begin to find the stability that they so desperately needed. Jonas is beginning to learn to read and write with the help of his CDL teachers. He has made good friends and has slowly begun to heal from all that he and his family have been through. Please continue to pray for Jonas and Dariel, and for their Mom Iveth, that God would heal them, restore them, and bless them.
